Air Brake Course, including Pre-Trip Inspection
Our Air Brake Course is a 16-hour program that teaches the components and operation of the Air Brake System on Heavy Vehicles. This course includes air brake demonstrations and audio visual aids. Included in this program is a 4-hour practical session in which students are taught the proper procedures for brake adjustments and air brake inspections. Handouts and Air Brake manuals are included with tuition.

Individual Class 1 or Class 3 Driver Training Lessons
Individual lessons are available to those students not taking the full course. Class 1 and 3 vehicles are available for lessons and testing. Rates are based on Driver training within Merritt, BC.

Class 3 Driver Training
A Class 3 license allows you to operate tandem axle vehicles such as a Gravel Truck, Cement Truck, Disposal Truck, Tow Truck, or Delivery Truck or as a pre-requisite for Fire Services and employment applications. You can choose to complete your class 3 driver training with either a 12 or 16 hour in-seat driver training program.

Class 1 Driver Training
This is a comprehensive program designed to provide the new professional with an understanding of the operation of a 63-foot tractor-trailer combination unit. On-road training is complemented with quality classroom instruction to create a well-balanced program. Choose from a basic class 1 driver-training program, which offers 20 hour of in-seat driving time, or something more complex, which would offer you either 40 or 80 hours of in-seat driving time.
